SevenPack.net Beer Blog is a fantastic beer blog for anyone interested in micro brewed beer. Ben and Matt, the authors over at Seven Pack, who's philosophy is "We drink the beer, so that the kids don’t have to."

There are hundreds of hand picked beers reviewed and tasted by Ben and Matt. How they managed to drink all of those micro brews I have no idea, they must have very strong livers and understanding wife's.

Ben and Matt go into great detail in all their beer reviews. Rating the beers by it's appearance, aroma, taste, color, malt, hops, how accurately the brewers achieve the style of beer and more. Try the beers yourself and chime in with your own comments.

Personally I prefer dark beers, I always have, I like Porters and Stouts. I read their review of Mendocino Black Hawk Stout and had to try it myself. I went out and bought a six pack. It has a coffee and chocolate flavor that blends nicely to create a semi-sweet flavor with a bite that makes it a very drinkable beer just like they said, I really enjoyed it.
